  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was here from out of state, just bought a condo down the road and was excited to find a cute little coffee shop and bakery. I got a coffee and muffin at Kookie Krums...the coffee was gross-tasted like flavored water and the muffin was dry and very bland, but that wasn't the worst part. I tried to talk to the owner...complimented her store, asked about her best sellers-I planned on buying gifts for those I was visiting. She didn't even give me eye contact. She just said "they're all good" and acted like I was wasting her time. I was shocked at how rude she was to a brand new customer. You would think customer relations would be a priority in a small family owned store. Very disappointed.

  The white chocolate macadamia nut cookies were incredible. I stopped by to check out the cupcakes in the window. Loved it!
